EviDenS de Beauté is dedicated to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team via the online contact form or email to receive your Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused products in their original boxes and securely pack them in the shipping carton, including the original packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
